At camp, athletes are offered ample opportunities for repetitions in their given events while receiving the technical help of collegiate coaches. Campers of all levels are encouraged to come and learn about the events while improving their personal bests!
Campers can choose from all disciplines: throws (shot put, discus, javelin) sprints, hurdles, and jumps (high jump, long jump and triple jump). Throwers work on all three throws though out the day. There is a morning and evening work out that are both 2-2.5 hours. Our afternoon session is reserved for guest speakers & weight room (if available).
