We focus first on the fundamentals of running. Starting with the development of the rhythmic patterns required to create muscle memory that improves stride pattern and frequency. Once these characteristics begin to become second nature we then focus on developing speed through placing rigorous demands on the body, forcing it to adapt. As the body adapts speed evolves.
