Saline High School’s cross country team is opening their summer conditioning program to athletes outside of the district. Cross country runners from southeast Michigan are invited to train with Saline, not as competitors from separate teams, but as athletes that share a passion for our unique sport.

Dates: June 20, 2016 thru August 9 (excluding the weeks beginning July 4 and July 18)

Days: Monday thru Thursday, each week

Time: 8:30 am thru 10:00/11:00 am

Location: Saline’s Liberty School Track and Saline High School

Throughout the summer conditioning program, the runners are usually offered lectures on nutrition, special guest visits, and the opportunity to train with other teams off-site. “Campers” will also be invited to these events.
