Camp Objective

The purpose of the camp is to provide quality individual instruction in the technique and training that is necessary for young athletes to reach their potential in track and field. Our knowledgeable staff is here to instruct, entertain, and motivate athletes through training, instruction, guest speakers, and presentations. Each day will cover new topics to help athletes explore new opportunities to reach their potential.

Distance, Mid-Distance, Sprints, Hurdles, Throws
Tuition includes lunch each day, as well as event instruction, group insurance, and a BU Track and Field t-shirt.

$195.00 - Track Camp (commuter) Single Registration

$175.00 - Track Camp (commuter) Group of 5 or more


Daily Schedule 9AM - 2PM
9-11: Training Session 1 (Event Specific Instruction)
11-11:45: Lunch
12-12:45: Guest Speaker/Presentation
1-1:30: Training Session 2 - All Campers (Core/Drills)
1:30-2: Fun Group Activity


Check-in/out

The camp is open to all male and female high school students entering the 9th grade through freshman year of college.

CHECK IN: July 15 - 18 at 8:45am
