The cost will be $250 for individuals if you bring 5 or more people from the same team it is only $200 per runner. There will be 3 coaching sessions if coaches would like to accompany their team as well. It is $100 for a coach, if a coach brings 5 or more runners from their team it is $50 for the coach!

You will have the opportunity to Skype Olympic Medalists and have elite athlete guest speakers to help you develop as a competitive runner.
